Profile - Elara In Focus

ELARA FERRANTI is The Architect of NOTH -an artist drawn to structure, tension and the hidden patterns inside emotion.

Her music is built with intention. Every space, repetition and constrast has purpose, creating songs that feel both intimate and meticulously constructed. Electronic textures, fractured rhythms and restrained melodies form the framework, while the emotion often lives in what is withheld as much as in what is revealed.

ELARA explores contradiction; closeness and distance, control and vulnerability, order and disruption. Her work does not simplify feeling. Instead, it examines it from different angles, allowing uncertainty, abstraction and complexity to remain part of the truth.

There is a cool precision to her sound, but never emptiness. Beneath the architecture is a deeply human pulse-memory, longing, hesitation and connection, carefully assembled into form.

Within NOTH, ELARA represents the belief that emotion can be designed without being diminished.

From the song Fractured Skin  (PUSH PULL EP-ELADRE)

Elara's voice is cool, precise and emotionally restrained, moving between intimate abstraction and controlled intensity.
Sound: Art pop, ambient electronica, glitch, trip-hop and experimental pop built around space, structure and emotional fracture.

Musical influences
Elara sits in a space between art pop, ambient electronic, experimental pop, minimal synth, glitch, trip-hop and cinematic electronica. Her music often feels spacious and structural: fractured textures, negative space, distorted signals, restrained beats, layered atmospheres and sudden emotional ruptures.

Influence-wise, it covers a broad territory of Björk, FKA twigs, Sevdaliza, Fever Ray, Massive Attack, Portishead, James Blake and Arca — not as direct imitation, but in their shared use of abstraction, atmosphere, unconventional production and emotional tension.

Style influences: Architectural couture, Brutalism and conceptual high fashion — with influences ranging from Gianfranco Ferré, Prada and Valentino to Iris van Herpen, Gareth Pugh and Rick Owens.

“La forma cambia. La verità resta.”
The form changes. The truth remains.
