THE SEAL & THE SYMBOL

THE SEAL(above) & THE SYMBOL(below)

At the centre of NOTH are two marks.

The Seal and the Symbol.

They are related, but they are not the same.

The Seal is the complete statement.

It carries the full identity of NOTH โ€” the name, the structure, the philosophy, the sense of origin and continuity.

It represents TRUTH ยท ORDER ยท HARMONY.

Truth in what is expressed.
Order in how the world is held together.
Harmony in the coexistence of different voices.

The Seal is used when NOTH needs to speak as a whole.

It belongs to releases, announcements, milestones and moments where the wider creative world is being represented.

It is formal.

It is declarative.

It is the mark of the house.

The Symbol is more personal.

It is the distilled form of the Seal โ€” the identity reduced to its essential shape.

Where the Seal explains, the Symbol simply exists.

It can sit beside an artist without overpowering them.

It can appear quietly on a profile, a portrait, a page or a piece of artwork and still carry the full presence of NOTH without needing words.

The Symbol represents belonging.

Not ownership.

Not uniformity.

Belonging.

Every artist within NOTH remains entirely themselves.

The Symbol does not erase those differences. It connects them.

The Seal says:

This is NOTH.

The Symbol says:

This belongs within NOTH.

Together they hold the balance at the heart of the project:

individual identity and shared world,
freedom and structure,
difference and connection.

Different voices. One heartbeat.
